Women Reimagining: A Summit for Navigating Mid-Career Reinvention

Many women arrive at mid-career or midlife sensing that something is shifting.

What once worked doesn’t feel as aligned anymore. Energy feels different. Confidence isn’t gone, but it’s evolving. Not because you failed, but because the path has changed.

Beneath that shift is often a desire for work that sustains you without draining your nervous system, creativity, or sense of self.

This summit brings together women whose stories helped shape my own reinvention, showed me what becomes possible when we listen to ourselves, tell the truth about where we are, and choose courage over autopilot.

Their journeys are very different, but each opened something open for me: the bravery to walk away from burnout, the refusal to stay silent in the face of inequity, the power of community care, the dignity of designing a new future, and the reminder that small, steady choices can rebuild a life.
