Hello Lindsey.

I have worked in Strategy, Design and Innovation for the last twenty- plus years. Over the course of my career, I have helped many legacy and start-up players – most extensively with health systems, pharmaceuticals, MedTech and consumer health organizations – envision and deliver programs spanning strategic planning and growth strategy, systems, product, and service design, and organizational design and activation.

Most recently, I was Vice President, Healthcare Experience and Innovation at digital transformation consulting firm, Publicis Sapient. From 2020 – 2022, I was the Global Strategic Design Lead for Philips Design and Philips Healthcare Transformation Services. Prior to that, I spent 7+ years building and leading a de novo Healthcare practice at frog Design.

In addition to my work as a client advisor and team lead, I am a global speaker at a wide range of industry events. My focus on Strategy and Experience Design has led to engagements with dHealth, Health 2.0, Design for Dignity, the National Investment Center for Senior Housing & Care, AARP, Shanghai, Singapore and Melbourne Aging by Design events, and Singularity University’s Exponential Medicine, to name a few.

I thrive in multivariate ecosystems and love working with my client partners on
their most mission-critical initiatives. I am a sounding board for complex and maddeningly ambiguous systems challenges. I am a visioner, researcher, storyteller and unrelenting aspirationalist. I am a no-more-talking-let’s-make-it-happen implementer.
