Currently she is helping drive digital transformation at an education non-profit through experience strategy, process and workflow optimization, organizational design, and workshop facilitation. Previously, she has worked at  Microsoft, Medtronic, Thomson Reuters, Optum, UnitedHealthcare and Mayo Clinic.

    •    Experience & Product Strategy: Lead all phases of strategy, from problem definition and context framing to roadmap execution. I excel at identifying "white space" opportunities and turning them into scalable product offerings.

    •    Scale & Impact: Lead design strategy for a commercial line of business serving 20 million+ members, ensuring a holistic and seamless user journey across digital platforms.

  • Operational Excellence: Drive quality by establishing frameworks, rituals, and design transformation processes that elevate the role of design within global organizations.

  • Strategic Leadership: Serve as a senior leader on the Design team, defining vision, mission, and values while overseeing organizational design and new operating models.

  • Executive Partnership: Collaborate with leaders to define vision, processes, and organizational design, and ensure alignment between consumer needs and business goals.
